You can see players’ expressions, whether they are tense or zeroed in. But a trip to Fenway with seats close to the action is great experience. In the past few years, those tickets have gotten really pricey, over $100 each. And I’d score great seats on the third base line or even behind home plate or the dugout. When the tickets went on sale, I’d go online (before online existed, I’d call). This rivalry is the best in all of sports and games between the teams generate lots of interest and wide coverage.For the past 20 years or so, I’ve bought tickets to two or three Red Sox games before the season begins.
